Returns Policy
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing issue, we will offer a reprint or a refund. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo that clearly shows the area of the issue, and we will sort it. There is absolutely no need to return the item, so please feel free to keep it and take care of it with love.
All products are made-to-order, so, unfortunately, returns and exchanges are not accepted if you ordered the wrong size, colour, product, or simply changed your mind. Additionally, we cannot accept returns and exchanges if the incorrect delivery address was provided at the checkout. Having said that, however, we would never want to make you sad, so if something like this happens to you, please let us know and we will be happy to provide a one-time discount on a replacement order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. To claim this, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the cooling-off period expires on a non-working day, the deadline is extended until the next working day.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve inspected the faulty item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
