Order Processing
All of our products are made to order through our trusted production partner. Because each item is created specifically for you, orders typically require 2–7 business days for production before they are shipped.
During peak periods, holidays, or promotional events, production times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom.
If you are located outside the U.K. and would like to place an order, please confirm on the order before completing any purchases to ensure that you are aware of the available shipping options.
Delivery Times
Once your order has been produced and dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- United Kingdom: 3–5 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (where available).
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your dispatch confirmation.
Multiple Shipments
As products may be produced at different facilities, orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Delayed or Lost Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our control.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will review the claim and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
